What we can help with
Most of the questions we receive are about interpreting a specific listing: what a damage code really implies, whether a photo shows structural movement, or how seriously to take a flood or airbag warning sign. We cannot inspect or appraise your car, but we can usually point you to the guide that covers your exact situation — from decoding Copart and IAA damage fields to working through our free flood-damage checklist before you bid.
